FAQs

1. Can you make people in stained glass?

No, I cannot. I can make outline or silhouettes, but I cannot make faces out of glass.

2. But what about those cool church windows with people in them?

They are absolutely beautiful, but all that shading and detail is because of enamel paint. I do not use enamel paint on my pieces. Occasionally, I will use small amounts of acrylic paint, which I would always let you know ahead of time.

3. Why is shipping so expensive?

Aside from the actual cost of shipping, which is pretty high, each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and then padded within the box for security. I cannot guarantee what USPS will do with the package once it leaves my hands, but I have taken every precaution to make sure your art gets to you in one piece.

4. Can you ship internationally?

Yes, but that will require additional shipping costs and will be priced on a case by case basis.

5. Can I put my stained glass outside?

I would not recommend it, unless it is under cover. These pieces are made with metal, that will rust eventually, no matter how much wax I apply before it is sent to you.

6. Can you make Architectual windows?

No. I am not skilled in the ways of replacement windows (like church windows or a window you install over your door.) What I make are suncatchers or art glass. They are not meant to keep out the elements.

7. Do you repair stained glass?

Nope. This is an art adventure only.
